Our private and group yoga classes are 60 minutes. You can also schedule 30 minute sessions as an add-on to other services.

The number and frequency of sessions depends on your health condition and personal wellness goals. In general a series of 4 - 8 private sessions are recommended or weekly group classes.

Our yoga practice is unique because it focuses on the whole person. Both our group and private sessions are tailored to your specific health needs. You are welcome to sit in a chair as well.

The yoga sessions are deeply relaxing and invigorating. They increase your sense of balacing and flexilbility.

It is recommended that you wear loose comfortable clothing or yoga/exercise attire.
