ACUPUNCTURE PROMOTION

Please welcome Dr. Aja Terwilliger, Licensed Acupuncturist to our Wellness Practice. Dr. Aja is a pain specialist who treats nerve pain, muscle pain, bone and joint pain, and chronic pain syndromes. She specializes in injury and post surgery rehabilitation, and inflammatory conditions including arthritis, TMJ, migraines, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis. Dr. Aja combines acupuncture, cupping, guasha and moxibustion to treat both the symptoms and the root causes of the inflammation and pain.

HEAD & FOOT MASSAGE PROMOTION

60 MINUTES: $99 (REG. $125)

This deeply relaxing treatment is a combination of head, face, neck and foot massage using reflexology, acupressure and lymphatic techniques to alleviate congestion and fatigue. This treatment is deeply relaxing as well as healing. It provides wellness care during allergy season helping with head and face congestion, as well as mental clarity and relief from fatigue. Stimulation of Reflexology points helps with nervous system and hormonal balance.

EARTH DAY WELLNESS FAIR

You are invited to our Annual Earth Day Wellness Fair! We will feature an all-day Open House to welcome you to our Practice and celebrate Mother Nature and her bountiful blessings and healing medicine. Enjoy vegan food, drinks, ceremonial cacao, door prizes, and free tarot readings and guided meditations.

We will also offer $45 - $65 healing treatments - acupuncture, massage, reflexology, reiki, private sound baths & more. And two beautiful, soulful Sound Bath ceremonies to connect with the powerful, grounding and healing energies of Mother Earth.

Our monthly Full-Moon and New-Moon Sound Baths are a deeply immersive, full-body healing experience that uses specific frequencies of sound to facilitate healing and letting go of any energies, thought forms, addictions, and toxic connections that keep us apart from our from our highest potential.

Sink into a space of deep peace and healing within yourself. The Sound Baths are often infused with Reiki healing energy, ceremonial cacao medicine, guided meditations, and tarot guidance.
