Our Father's Day Wellness Retreat is a 2.5 hour rejuvenating experience that combines a 30-minute mindfulness session (choose from yoga, sound bath or meditation), a 90 minute therapeutic treatment (choose from massage, reflexology, reiki or acupuncture), and ceremonial cacao to end the session.

facial rejuvenation acupuncture

Dr. Mahla is a licensed acupuncturist and an expert in Facial Rejuvenation acupuncture. She uses 40–70 ultra-fine, virtually painless needles on specific facial acu-points to increase circulation, collagen production, and lymphatic drainage. Combined with cupping, guasha, and facial massage, the treatment helps tone facial muscles, smooth fine lines, and improve elasticity. The result is healthier, firmer, and younger looking skin.

This treatment can help relieve facial nerve pain (such as Bell’s palsy), sinus pressure, and skin conditions like acne or eczema. It is also effective for treating scalp conditions and promoting hair growth.

Our Signature Detox Massage is a comprehensive detoxification treatment that combines full-body dry brushing, manual lymphatic drainage massage, cupping along detoxification channels, and a castor oil pack. By combining these techniques, the treatment improves cellular function, strengthens natural detox pathways, and lowers inflammation in the body.

The Detox Massage thereby helps improve water retention, bloating and puffiness; liver and digestive health; auto-immunity and pain syndromes; smoother and more toned skin; and feeling lighter and more energized.

Held in our beautiful Mindfulness Retreat, the resonant sounds from the singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, or drums raise your vibratory frequency to peace and harmony. Sound healing is also associated with repairing cellular damage and promoting physical healing.
