Stimulating reflexes can help restore balance within the organs, by promoting relaxation, reducing pain, improving circulation, and balancing hormones. It can also help with foot pain and mobility issues.

Private Stretch Session
45 minutes: $65
A private stretch session is an assisted therapeutic treatment that focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and range of motion through targeted stretching techniques - static holds, dynamic movements, or contract/relax methods. The treatment aims to relieve muscle tightness, improve posture, reduce pain, and stimulate circulation. It also helps with better mind-body connection - stress relief - through guided deep-breathing.
Performed on a massage table, the session is dynamic and yet deeply relaxing. Please wear loose comfortable clothing or sports wear to your session.
