The yoga and stretch sessions support musculo-skeletal health, nervous system restoration, and circulatory flow.
Offered in our beautiful Wellness Retreat, the private Yoga or Stretch session is wonderful way to reconnect and reset this Holiday season! The Stretch session can be requested on the mat or massage table.

The treatment is a combination of dry brushing, lymphatic massage and a therapeutic oil blend that promotes lymphatic flow and circulation. The treatment breaks up cellulite and flushes excess fluid, leaving the skin looking even, toned and glowing. There treatment is also deeply relaxing, calming the nerves and reducing tension.
