Evadne (Eva) offers a 45-minute stretch session to improve flexibility, mobility and circulation. The treatment is offered fully clothed on a massage table and works gently yet deeply to release constriction and tightness in the body.
Yoga + Sound Bath 45min: $65
Asjah offers a 45-minute reset for the body, mind and soul. Restorative yoga poses and deep breathing release stress and tension from the body, while the vibrations of the sound bowls balance the chakras to bring peace and alignment.
