Detox Massage
Our Signature Detox Massage focuses on detoxifying the 100 trillion cells in your body. This comprehensive bodywork treatment includes dry brushing of the entire body to promote breakdown of cellulite and microcirculation to the cells. This is followed by manual lymphatic drainage techniques to promote the flow of waste fluid out of the tissues. A castor oil massage on the abdomen stimulates detoxification of the liver and colon, and soothes abdominal inflammation and bloating.
The Treatment revitalizes the entire body by enhancing cellular function and detoxification processes. This holistic approach reduces inflammation and disease risk, contributing to a healthier, more balanced body.
Lymphatic therapy
Lymphatic drainage therapy is a form of gentle massage that encourages the healthy flow of lymph through the body. Lymph is a clear fluid that flows through the tissues collecting cellular wastes/toxins, fats, and pathogens for elimination. A lymphatic massage thus benefits both the immune and circulatory systems. Improving lymph flow reduces puffiness and bloating; reduces post-injury-operative swelling; reduces lymphedema or water retention; and helps breakdown fat and cellulite. It also reduces systemic inflammation and helps with pain syndromes and autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Lymphatic bodywork is often recommended as part of detoxification protocols and weight loss programs.
raindrop Therapy
The Raindrop Therapy is a powerful yet gentle, non-invasive and non-manipulative technique that combines the science of therapeutic essential oils with bodywork and energy healing techniques. Nine therapeutic grade essential oils are sequentially applied along the spine and worked into the back using bodywork - Acupressure, Vita Flex, and Swedish Massage - techniques. The treatment helps bring structural (musculoskeletal system) and electrical (nervous system) alignment. This is combined within warm compresses, shiatsu stretches, and lymphatic drainage to detoxify and balance all systems of the body.
The reported benefits of the Raindrop Therapy include improvement in spinal health, inflammation, immunity and emotional wellbeing.
The Clinic & Treatment
The Clinic
Acupuncture is an ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. These acu-points are located along energy meridians that circulate energy or vitality or Qi through the related organs and parts of the body. By inserting needles or applying other TCM techniques (Guasha, Moxibustion and Cupping), acupuncture aims to unblock and restore the flow of energy through the imbalanced organs thereby stimulating healing.
